This year, Canada’s Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (Rx&D) is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its Code of Conduct.

Since 1988, the Code has been a tangible demonstration of Canada’s research-based pharmaceutical companies’ commitment to a relationship based on trust, openness, and transparency with health-care providers.

The Code is our commitment to you. It continuously sets high standards by establishing clear guidelines and expectations on how that relationship should be conducted to ensure that the health and well-being of Canadian patients is always our first priority.

Rx&D is the national association representing the more than 20,000 men and women who work for more than 50 research-based pharmaceutical companies in Canada.
