Question 1
I am a conference organizer and we strictly abide with the Rx&D guidelines and the CMA policies. Is it acceptable for a pharma company to provide delegate bags and lanyards for our annual meeting? Is it all right to put company logos on the bags and lanyards to recognize the sponsoring companies?

Section 7A.1.2 of the Code of Conduct states that member companies must not offer to any health care professionals any gifts or any promotional aids.
