Question 1:
I would like to know if Canadian faculties of medicine/pharmacies and national medical associations must be included when disseminating new or revised Product Monographs? If so, would you be able to provide me with an updated list?

Response:
The dissemination of monographs for new products or new indications must abide with section 2.3.3 of the Code and therefore should include faculties of medicine or pharmacy.
