Question 1:
Can you tell me if it is okay for reps to wear the X (name of product) jersey while making calls, under the new Rx&D guidelines?

Response:
Section 2.2.1 of the Code of Conduct stipulates that “All Rx&D members agree to follow the Code of Advertising Acceptance of the Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB) and Guidelines for General Advertising (…) of the Canadian Association of Medical Publishers (CAMP).

Section 8.2.4 of the Code of Conduct says that (…) “representatives must display the highest professional and ethical standards at all time, (sic) which must be reflected in both their conduct and appearance.”
