Question 1:
Within Section 13.6 of the Code (Participation) it states that "Involvement of any field based sales personnel is prohibited". I understand that this involves sales representatives within the field. However, does this also include senior level of sales management such as Sales Directors and Sales VPs? What about Sales Managers?

Response:
Section 13.6 of the Code of Conduct, which will be coming into effect on January 1st 2006 “(…) prohibits the involvement of any field based sales personnel.” The prohibition does not include senior level management as long as they are located at the head-office.
