13. Advisory Boards - April 2005
 
Question 1:
Section 13.3 of the Code states that "Advisory Boards must consist of no more than 20 individuals." Does this 20 include solely HCPs or would it still be acceptable to have 20 HCP and 8 additional non-HCP individuals (i.e. Sales Representatives)?

Response:
The 20 refers to HCPs, however keep in mind that sales representatives should not be in attendance at Advisory boards.
