Code of Conduct - Question & Answers

11. Service Oriented Items - November 2005
 

Question 1:
The Women's Health division at X is planning to create an educational model. This is a service-oriented item where the primary goal is to enhance the health care professionals/patients understanding of a condition or its treatment. The item will not be branded to a product or medicine, as per this section, but will instead have the "X for Women" X logo. Is it possible to use this sort of logo versus the standard X company logo within this Section of the Code?

Response:
As required by Section 11.2 “such item may bear the corporate name and logo(…)”.

Please ensure Section 11.3 is complied with.
