Question 1:
In the past Rx& D published quarterly reports of violations of your Code. The reports are no longer posted on line, and are over 16 months behind. Please let us know why.

Response:
Section 15 of the Code requires the infractions to be made known to the parties involved and be published in the Rx&D Update. Rx&D continues to adhere to this requirement. Decisions were published in the latest edition of the Rx&D Update, and are scheduled to be published in the next edition.
